40. Tell me about something that has a big impact on your life.

41. Are you prone to lead or to follow?

42. What have you done at work, that with the benefit of hindsight you would do differently?

43. What do you find most challenging?

44. What is the most difficult decision you have had to make?

45. Have you been known as a risk taker in your previous positions?

46. At your age now, how do you feel about where you have risen to within your previous company?

47. Your salary has stayed virtually the same over the last four years, how do you feel about that?

48. You have internal competition, why would it be best for the company if we hired you?

49. You have had six jobs in the last couple of years, why is this?

As a general guide do make sure that any closed questions (that on the face of it requires a yes or no answer) is opened up into an expanded answer.
