Hyacinth
has been an independent Coach, Consultant and Trainer for the last fifteen
years. She is highly regarded and ensures that her training is informative,
exciting and presented in such a way as to ensure that all learning styles
are catered for. She has shown herself to be more than happy working with

Hyacinth is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Master Hypnotherapist, and trained as a Time Line Therapist.

has worked successfully as an Independent Consultant for over 10 years,
in the field of Training and Development, with a particular interest in
the design and delivery of soft skills programmes.
This includes the core skill of communication and applied skills such as those required to be assertive, influence, negotiate, make presentations,contribute to meetings, deal with difficult people etc. - in fact all situations where successful dealings with other people are critical
A strong interest is in the training of both HR specialists and line managers in the skills of Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Discipline and Counselling
Over the last 5 years Andrew has delivered a number of programmes in Diversity and Equality for the Ministry of Defence, and Royal Mail and recently completed intensive update in Disability Equality

Donna
has acquired a considerable range of experiences in the education, employment,
health, housing and training sectors. Her senior management, training,
teaching and consultancy (UK/International) roles in the public and voluntary
sectors ensure that she maintains cutting edge expertise in equality and
diversity at both individual and organisational levels.
She has over 20 years experience in race and gender equality - delivering change management (personal and organisational) across all strands of diversity, including disability, sexuality, religion, belief and age.
As Senior Organisational Development Manager for one of the largest mental health Trusts in London, she produced its first equalities publication entitled: Management Development in the Context of Equal Opportunities' - a commissioned strategic leadership development programme, endorsed by the Chief Executive and Board Members. She was appointed the Department of Health's Positively Diverse Site Manager responsible for introducing, training and co-ordinating team action-plans and access strategies across a range of healthcare service providers and partners. Her work requires an awareness of the statutory and legal frameworks, including the implications of new legislation like the Race Relations Amendment Act, an in-depth knowledge of how to implement policies, equality auditing, employee relations, strategic planning, equality targets and performance indicators, and self-assessment procedures within the context of Best Value, IIP and other relevant frameworks.
Donna designs and delivers specialised training such as equalities, diversity and harassment courses but also management and staff development and service improvements programmes that integrate Human Resources such as Project Management, Local Leadership, Capacity Building, Team Facilitation, Supervision, Recruitment and Selection, Grievance and Disciplinary procedures and Staff Appraisals Training. She is recognised as a specialist in recruitment and selection interviewing and a significant proportion of her work continues to be delivering courses in these areas.
Using her multi-dimensional skills as an accredited assessor, qualified teacher and university lecturer, she wrote and delivered the first Post-Graduate 'Black Feminist Thought' module at the University of Westminster.
Pat
Wellington is a management development consultant and her areas of expertise
encompass leadership, team building, change management, customer care
and communication skills. Her particular expertise is how Kaizen (continuous
improvement) can not only enrich peoples' lives at all levels within an
organisation, but also bring very tangible results in terms of increased
production and profitability. Her book, "Kaizen Strategies for Customer
Care" became a European best seller, and she has written many articles
for management publications, and been a guest speaker at conferences and
seminars in the UK, Gulf and South East Asia.
Pat has many years' practical experience as well as a thorough theoretical grounding. She started her working life in the media, and this provided a backdrop to her setting up and managing her own manufacturing and retailing organisation. The success of her company's products and of her book "Natural Appeal" created the movement which is continued today by organisations such as the Body Shop.
In the Far East she has delivered seminars and been a guest speaker at conferences in Indonesia, Singapore and KL, run a series of workshops for the Civil Aviation Authority, and assisted with the privatisation of the leading water authority in Malaysia. In Europe she has worked with three United Nations agencies in Rome, and the UNHCR in Geneva.
Adrian
has over 30 years experience in both the Private and Public Sector having
worked in sales and the commercial and training environment with such
organisations as the John Lewis Partnership, the Berger Group, Post Office
Counters and Royal Mail.
Adrian has a particular interest in the areas of coaching & mentoring, management development & assessment, equality & diversity, harassment & bullying investigations and how to conduct investigations and has been asked to lecture at Cambridge Regional College in some of these subjects. He also founded the Cambridgeshire Equality Forum where major organisations across the Private and Public Sector can meet to exchange ideas and best practice.
Adrian has been retained to carry out training and assessment work with the following organisations: DVLA, Clare College Cambridge, Trinity College Cambridge, Peterborough City Council, Royal Mail, G's Marketing, Cambridge Regional College and Workplace Law.
He is committed to life-long learning and development and has qualifications in coaching, conflict management, delivering learning and disability equality.
As well as sitting as a Chairman in the Magistrates' Courts he also appraises fellow Magistrates on their core competencies and mentors them in their first year on the Bench. He is also soon to qualify and practice as a mediator for the Cambridgeshire Voluntary Mediation Service.
